1 pound. 1 whole pound of fat bounced was sweated, ran, starved off of me this last week. I am on a roll ladies and I need your help.
I want to lose 25 pounds by April 10 to be back to my 'wedding weight' for our 3rd anniversary... It's a goal with meaning for me.
I felt so good at that time of my life, my clothes didn'tpoke bump out in places they do now, (although James always complained about me being boney and my sisters harassed me about needing an extra bra to cover the bones at the bottom of my rib cage. Yes, I was boney, but I felt *good*.) and I haven't been feeling good like that for too long so I decided it was time to get down to business. Thankfully I heard about myfitnesspal.com and for about 7 days now I have been logging in every.single.thing. that enters my mouth. You learn a LOT. by doing it. It is not 'easy' but it has already made me soo much smarter about my choice of food!! and I now run/walk as much as possible, when I feel like it at least 4 days a week for 20 minutes each on my lovely treadmill! I know its not a lot, but I am not fit.at.all. So I am working up to more.
Any recipes, tips, ideas for me? Pour them in.

I'm working on it, too. Lotsa water. walking, whatever to keep busy. Love your attitude, you'll do great!
ReplyDeletePiles of water!I love that where I work they have 32oz cups. 2of those a day is my fill;) And I have to put something in my mouth besides food. It's a bakery!!!!
