1 pound. 1 whole pound of fat bounced  was sweated, ran, starved off of me this last week. I am on a roll ladies and I need your help.
I want to lose 25 pounds by April 10 to be back to my 'wedding weight'  for our 3rd anniversary... It's a goal with meaning for me.
  I felt so good at that time of my life, my clothes didn't poke bump out in places they do now, (although James always complained about me being boney and my sisters harassed me about needing an extra bra to cover the bones at the bottom of my rib cage. Yes, I was boney, but I felt *good*.) and I haven't been feeling good like that for too long so I decided it was time to get down to business. Thankfully I heard about and for about 7 days now I have been logging in every.single.thing. that enters my mouth. You learn a LOT. by doing it. It is not 'easy' but it has already made me soo much smarter about my choice of food!! and I now run/walk as much as possible, when I feel like it  at least 4 days a week for 20 minutes each on my lovely treadmill! I know its not a lot, but I am not So I am working up to more.
 Any recipes, tips, ideas for me? Pour them in.
I'll be waiting :)

{menu plan}

I am so excited!!! This week I am using up food in the fridge or freezer. I must have bought some extra last week because it seems like I have extra fruit and veggies even!!! Yay for saving some money, eh !?
(just remembered. James and I are on a serious weight loss binge. and he wants me start packing lunches to avoid those fast food places... Yay!! for self denial :)  but that might mean I'll have to run and get a few things...)

on to the menu-

MONDAY-  Mexican Corn Chowder over rice.
TUESDAY- Left overs
WEDNESDAY- I going to see my 'miracle man*' so we'll be eating out ;)
FRIDAY- Meatloaf, Gourmet Potatoes,  California mixed veggies
SATURDAY- Taquitoes, salad
SUNDAY- Poppy Seed Chicken, Ceaser Salad, Fresh fruit. (I looove picking oranges off of the trees!!)

Easy Peasy.

* I am going every 2 weeks to a miracle man. He has been helping me (pain and surgery free!!!) to fix my Scoliosis, and my lower back pain, and my Charlie Horses' (thanks for the diagnoses Rach :p ) !!!
What he does is called Cellular Response. and yes at first I was leery. Leery of spending the money and of just letting some one re-locate the bones in my body! But I had seen visual proof of it working so I went and Its working. He told me that my problem was an EASY fix. He also told me that when he is all done I will be 2 inches taller :p. LOL. This last week he moved my sacrum (lower back bone or something !!) 2 1/2 inches. Miracle of Miracles my lovely "Friesen" butt doesn't poke out *quite* as far!!!!!! (that convinced me over everything)lol. More on this another time.

{nesting & noodles}

Chicken Noodle soup. 'Proven' by mothers, children, grannies, Nanas, Mums, Grammys, kids, daddys, mommys, fathers and grand fathers around the world to cure almost any thing.
I just proved it again. It will soothe an aching, after-fluish tummy, and it will calm a lonesome heart.
Thank you to my wonderful mother-in-law for dropping it off...

Nesting? Does this only happen if you have children or are about to have one? Cause if the answer is YES.
Then can some one PLEASE  tell me what I have??!! (Because I worked today and came home and got more cleaning and organization done than I have in the entire last YEAR!!!!)
